ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS WEDNESDAY 3/24. LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE TAKEN ON DAY OF CLINIC AT CENTRALS'S NEW DERAN KOLIGIAN FOOTBALL STADIUM. Located on Grantland between Ashlan and Shaw Ave in Fresno CA.
Players in Grades 1-3 check in time is 8 am
Players in Grades 4-6 Check in time is 11 am

By submitting this registration I aknowledge that I am over 18 years of age and agree for my child to participate in a sport activity or event sponsored by West Coast Football Association. I agree that the league and it's agent's, directors, facilitators, employees, sponsors, coaches and staff shall not be held liable for any injury or damage arising from their participation in any WCFA sponsored event. I further understand the risk of injury from activities in football whether known or unknown. I assume all risk of participation including transportation to and from the activity and waive, absolve and agree to hold harmless WCFA. This waiver shall apply to all persons or entities acting on my , or my child's behalf. Further, if emergency medical administration is needed by our child during or resulting from said activities, we authorize any of the coaches or staff to authorize any licensed physician or surgeon to administer such emergency medical attention. We further waive any claim, demand, cause or action or assertion of liability against WCFA, it's officers, coaches, facilitators, sponsors, and staff, because of the adminstration of emergency medical attention.
